Eligibility & faith
This Youth Meet is only for Zarthostis born to Zoroastrian parents / a Zoroastrian father, whose Navjote ceremony has been conducted, and who continue to follow the Zoroastrian faith.
No refunds or transfers
All payments are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Rules & regulations
All attendees undertake to abide by the implicitly or explicitly stated Rules and Regulations of the meet.
Code of conduct
Any behaviour deemed unacceptable by the organising committee will result in instant dismissal of the attendee from the venue and they will be barred from any further participation at the meet. No monies will be refunded, and no further dialogue will be entered into with them or others.
Final authority
In all matters relating to the meet, the President's decision will be final — after due process of deliberation involving the organising committee.
Liability waiver
All participants enrol for this meet under their own cognizance and will not hold the Organisers liable or responsible for any and/or all mishaps and/or accidents leading to bodily harm and/or damage to third-party body and/or property. These will be the sole responsibility of those involved.
Co-religionists only
This meet is strictly a gathering of co-religionists — that is, Zoroastrian Youth born and bred and still practising the Faith as per the current established practices of the religion.
Medical disclosures
All those with any pre-existing medical condition (including allergies) must inform about the same on the contact number mentioned at registration.
Subject to change
This information is correct at the time of publication; however, the Organisers reserve the right to make changes wherever necessary, and to be sensible and flexible at all times to decide on a case-by-case basis.
Damages
Delegates agree to reimburse any amounts in case of damage to property of others or premises, etc.
Bags & accommodation
Please carry bags that you can carry yourself, with locks. Accommodation will be on a sharing basis.
Personal belongings
Carrying of your belongings will be the responsibility of the delegate. Organisers will take no responsibility.
Prayer attire
All delegates to bring prayer caps and scarfs.
Age requirement
Delegates aged between 18 to 35 years only may apply. The form shall be rejected if below or above the age limit.
Limited accommodation
Accommodation is limited — register early to avoid disappointment. Spot registration will only be accepted subject to accommodation availability.
Comfortable shoes
Please carry comfortable shoes for outings.
